M. Castleberry,
President, joined the company in February, 2004. Previously, Pat
practiced law, concentrating in commercial litigation and
planning and tax litigation and planning. He is a graduate of
New York University School of Law (1985) and, the University of
Oklahoma School of Law (1983).

James
Bartlett, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, guiding
Critical's financial and business focus. Jim brings specific
software and technology controllership and finance experience,
with a background in companies that range from large, publicly
held enterprises to venture-capital funded growth companies. He
served as Controller for Advanced Financial Solutions from 2003
through 2005 as Director of Accounting for WilTel (formerly
Williams Communications); from 2001 to 2002 as Controller for
IBeam Broadcasting Corporation; from 1997 to 2001 as Director of
Internal Audit, then Director of Corporate Accounting for
Fleming Companies; from 1985 to 1997 as Controller for
Kelly-Johnston Enterprises; from 1983 to 1985 as Audit Senior
for Deloitte & Touche from 1980 to 1983. He is a graduate of
Central
Michigan University,

Roy
Davis, Director of Operations,
overseeing Critical's operations and infrastructure.
Roy
has been with the team since 1995. Formerly a manager of
Customer Service and Information Technology with Optika, Inc.,
Roy has an extensive background in imaging, networking systems,
and workflow systems engineering. He is responsible for our
online iMagio solution, information technology, and facilities
management for Critical.

Shawn
Kittredge, Vice President and Product Manager of
the mVault Product Group. Shawn is responsible for the product
development and strategic direction of Critical Technologies'
mortgage applications. He has extensive knowledge in the
document imaging and content management industry, specifically
in the mortgage industry and has been directing the mVault
product line since its inception at Critical Technologies. He
has been with the company since 1997. Prior to joining Critical
Technologies he was a business engineer at Fiserv. Shawn holds
an MBA and AAS in Computer Science from
Oklahoma State
University.

David
Miller, Director, Product Development.
David has over 10 years of experience developing applications in
imaging and document management and specializes in product
usability and visual aesthetics. He is responsible for the
direction and development of Critical’s installed and online
customer systems. David manages Critical’s staff of software
engineers. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, 2002,
BS Computer Engineering.
Kim
Stroh, Consultant. Kim has an extensive
background in imaging and workflow systems development as well
as system analysis and engineering. She is a graduate of the
University
of
Central Oklahoma, 1992, BS Mathematics and
Computer Science Applications.

Kim
Swiggart, Vice President. Kim
has been with Critical Technologies and involved in document and
content management for over seventeen years. Kim is one of
Critical Technologies' founders and has had extensive
involvement in the creation of our products and services and
positioning them in a hosted business model. Kim has significant
solutions experience in the financial and mortgage markets while
at Critical and directs the sales and marketing efforts of the
mVault Group. He has extensive sales and sales management
experience, and he served as Regional General Manager for
Harris/Lanier prior to joining Critical.

Mike
Harris serves as a Sales Consultant. Mike has worked with
data management technology companies for over eighteen years,
holding corporate management and sales roles with viaLink,
DataTimes, and Indepth Data. Mike’s goal is to help ensure that
through efficient document management organizations are fully
prepared for and protected from any hazard, IT or otherwise,
that could prevent timely access to their important business
records and thereby jeopardize business continuity, and
ultimately, their overall success. Mike has a B.S. in Business
Management from Oklahoma City University.

Donna Alexander
Spring,
Sales Director, sells directly to the Higher Education market
throughout the US for Critical Technologies. Donna comes to
Critical Technologies with over twenty years in technical sales
and marketing. She has held senior management positions both
regionally and nationally for IBM, Apple and Compaq Computer.
She has received top sales recognition awards for national
revenue attainment and growth throughout her career. In addition
she recently was an independent business owner where she helped
launch technology software start-ups. The results helped solve
critical business issues facing universities and K12 schools.
She has been a partner in statewide network and education model
site initiatives in multiple states. She is a personal advocate
of education and has served on numerous boards and foundations
to improve the quality of education in both K12 and Higher
Education as a board member, president and fund raiser. She
previously lived in Denver, Kansas City, and Los Angeles and is
currently at our Oklahoma office in Edmond, Oklahoma. Donna
holds a BS in mathematics and masters of education with a focus
in computer science and accounting.

Larry Carolla,
Director of Inside Sales, comes to Critical Technologies
by way of some big companies like AOL, United News and
Media, Disney, ABC Radio, and others. Larry has a BA
from the University of Minnesota in
Journalism/Advertising Management with a background in marketing. He has run three advertising
agencies. While
at Critical Technologies, he has been on the front line of the
sales department by making initial contact with Critical’s fast-growing account list. You probably
chatted with him when he set up your first
demonstration of the company’s capabilities. Larry knows
no strangers. Larry also has a radio broadcasting
background that goes back to the '60s, and as a weekend
air personality is presently #1 rated at Oklahoma City’s
60's and 70's music station, KOMA-FM. As he says, “in your
fifties, it’s great to know you still got it!” Call
Larry any time, and he’ll fill you in on how Critical
