MANAGEMENT

John Oldham, CEO, is an accomplished senior executive
focused on sales and marketing for software technology companies
in the Enterprise Content Market (ECM), Business Process
Management (BPM) and Performance Analytics markets. He has led
sales/marketing due diligence teams working with financial and
strategic buyers for over 20 software companies. An industry
veteran, for the first half of his career, John worked for
Fortune 500 marketing leaders, Eastman Kodak and IBM (FileNet),
in the ECM software industry, managing regional and global sales
teams. Since 1997, he has focused on building the Enterprise
Value of smaller software technology companies. As Senior Vice
President of Sales and Marketing for BPM provider, Global 360,
he produced a 42% CAGR to over $100 million in revenue in his
six year tenure, followed by an acquisition by private equity,
and recently acquired by Open Text for $260 million. Prior to
joining Critical Technologies, John was the General Manager of
Databank IMX, Inc., a nationwide document/data management
technology services company, developing successful vertical
market software applications in Healthcare and Higher Education.
The company was acquired by private equity in 2011 as the
cornerstone asset for their process and content management
market strategy. John has an MBA from Rochester Institute of
Technology, and BA from the College of Wooster (Ohio). Chief Executive Officer, joined Critical
Technologies in 2011. John is a seasoned senior management with
a focus on sales and marketing and increasing enterprise revenue
and company valuation. He was previously General Manager of
Databank IMX, Inc., a nationwide document/data management
outsource services provider, focused on applying Business
Process and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) SaaS technology
to vertical market applications delivered via SAS 70 Type II
production facilities and data network. John was senior vice
president of Global 360, Inc., a regional sales manager of
Filenet, and a regional director of Eastman Kodak Company. He
has had substantial experience with software startups. John has
an MBA, Marketing, from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Patrick
M. Castleberry,
President, joined the company in February, 2004. Previously, Pat
practiced law, concentrating in commercial litigation and
planning and tax litigation and planning. He is a graduate of
New York University School of Law (1985) and, the University of
Oklahoma School of Law (1983).

Jill
Holland, Vice President, Controller, joined
the company in 2001. Previously, she served as a distribution
accountant for Bluecurrent, a wholesale computer outlet and as
the Director of Football Operations for the German pro football
team, the Frankfurt Knights. Jill owns
the official and popular AirVault mascot, a black labrador named
McKinley.

Todd
G. White, Chief Technology Officer,
is responsible for providing leadership and executive management
required to deliver advanced document management solutions to
Critical Technologies' customers. In his role at Critical
Technologies and as a technical executive at other document
management outsourcers, he has been instrumental in countless
large-client implementations in domains that include federal and
state government, healthcare payer and provider, transportation,
and commercial finance. Prior to joining the company, Todd led
product development at SourceCorp and GTESS, founded a technical services company, and served in
technical and leadership roles at Cap Gemini and Lucent/AT&T
Bell Laboratories. Todd earned his Bachelor of Science in
Electrical Engineering at Purdue University.

Roy
Davis, Vice President of Operations,
overseeing Critical's operations and infrastructure. Roy has
been with the team since 1995. Formerly a manager of Customer
Service and Information Technology with Optika, Inc., Roy has an
extensive background in imaging, networking systems, and
workflow systems engineering. He is responsible for our online
iMagio solution, information technology, and facilities
management for Critical.

Shawn
Kittredge, Vice President and Product Manager of the AirVault
Product Group. Shawn is responsible for the product development
and strategic direction of Critical Technologies' airline
industry and mortgage
applications. He has extensive knowledge in the document imaging
and content management worlds. He has been with the
company since 1997. Prior to joining Critical Technologies he
was a business engineer at Fiserv. Shawn holds an MBA and AAS in
Computer Science from Oklahoma State University.

John
Upham, Vice President, Business Development. John is
responsible for driving business for the majority of Europe,
Middle East and Africa (EMEA), along with the vertical market of
Aviation Leasing in North American. John started his sales
career with Eastman Kodak Business Imaging Systems in Austin,
Texas, and progressed successfully over ten years in substantial
sales and marketing roles in the US. He relocated to London for
a five-year assignment to manage channel sales for Kodak’s
European Region and later moved to Munich to be the Managing
Director of EMEA for Cornerstone Imaging. John returned to the
US as Vice President, Marketing and Business Development for
Adesso Software (Anacomp) and was recruited by Global 360, a
Business Process Management company where he served for six
years as Alliances Manager and Global Account Manager, a period
that resulted in a 40 percent CAGR in the Financial Services
market. Prior to joining AirVault, John was the EVP of the
entrepreneurial start-up consumer products company, Team Grill.
John graduated with Honors from the University of New
Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics with a
dual major in Business Administration and Economics.

David
Miller, Director, Product Development. David has over 10 years of experience developing applications in
imaging and document management and specializes in product
usability and visual aesthetics. He is responsible for the
direction and development of Critical?s installed and online
customer systems. David manages Critical?s staff of software
engineers. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, 2002,
BS Computer Engineering.

SALES TEAM
Kim
Swiggart, Senior Vice
President. A founder of Critical Technologies, Kim
is driving the company's initiative with airlines through the
AirVault solution. Kim is a seasoned sales executive with years
of management experience. Prior to joining Critical
Technologies, he served as Regional General Manager for
Harris/Lanier.

Rick Greathouse, Aerospace
Principal, AirVault Business Development, has over 20 years of
direct airline maintenance and maintenance-automation experience
in various roles, including Aircraft Maintenance Technician,
Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Operations Manager, and
maintenance software subject matter expert/account manager. He
has specialized in M&E, CMS, and records management systems.
Rick started his career as a US Air Force Avionics technician,
and he has worked at Delta Air Lines, Northwest Airlines,
Southwest Airlines, and at software providers The Sabre Group
and InfoTrust Group.

Darlene
Franklin, AirVault Sales Engineer, has over 23 years of
experience as an airline analyst. She spent the last 17 years at
Southwest Airlines as a Business Analyst supporting Aircraft
Maintenance & Engineering and Flight Operations, with a primary
focus on Electronic Records and Content Management systems. She
has substantial experience in Project Management, Business
Analysis, Business Modeling, and Project Implementation,
specializing in researching business needs and recommending
efficient and effective solutions using a variety of techniques
and tools. Prior to Southwest, Ms. Franklin worked for Perot
Systems.
Amy
Pierson, Business Development Executive. Amy has joined
our AirVault sales team responsible for Inside Sales and New
Prospect Development. She continues to develop the sales-lead
process, deliver our market messaging, and grow the
administrative facilities to provide new prospects for our
direct sales team. Amy has an excellent background of success
working with high tech products. Prior to joining AirVault, Amy
was a Business Development Manager with Informatica, a master
data management software vendor, consistently achieving her
sales goals since 2007. She has worked on new business and major
accounts in technology, loyalty, and the print industry,
including direct sales and account management roles with Parago
(CRM), Inginix Systems, and RR Donnelly, where she began her
career in 1997. Amy is a graduate of the University of Texas at
Austin with a BS in Communication with additional sales training
in Strategic Selling, Sales Negotiation, SPIN Selling, Managing
the Complex Sale, and Salesforce.com.
