iMagio Workflow is an integrated component of the iMagio platform. This integration allows users to easily manage their documents and records and to manage the workflow process of these documents and records from a single interface. Current iMagio customers can enable workflow and soon be managing their processes. Customers not currently using the iMagio system can import their electronic documents and records into the iMagio system and be up and running quickly.

Users access workflows by simply clicking the “Work” tab in iMagio, thereby gaining access to workflow packages.  Packages are held in specified groupings called “Queues."  By accessing a queue, a user can view all of the packages contained in that queue.  User-specific settings are applied to packages, determining the actions each user may perform on them.
